Overview
The emax digital MCP integration lets you query your Amazon analytics from emax.tool in natural language, directly inside the AI tool you already use. It covers advertising performance (SP/SB/SD/DSP), catalog metadata, performance trends, and Amazon best-practice guidance.
The MCP server is multi-tenant and OAuth-secured: every user signs in with their own emax credentials, so you only ever see the Amazon accounts you are authorized for.
Prerequisites

An emax digital account with your Amazon accounts connected.

Beta access to the MCP integration (see below).

A supported AI tool — Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Langdock (see the setup guides below).
Requesting beta access
MCP integration is in closed beta. To request access, contact your emax digital account manager. Once your account is enabled, you can connect your AI tool using one of the guides below.
Connecting your AI tool

All platforms use the same MCP server URL with OAuth authentication. Each user signs in individually.
Verifying the connection
Once connected, confirm everything works by asking the assistant a simple question, for example:

"Which Amazon accounts can I access?"

"Show me last week's advertising performance."
If you get a relevant answer scoped to your authorized accounts, the integration is working. If you are prompted to sign in, complete the emax login and try again.
