Overview
This guide explains how to connect the emax digital MCP server to ChatGPT as a custom app/connector, so you can query your Amazon analytics in natural language.
The emax digital MCP server gives natural-language access to your Amazon analytics from emax digital — advertising performance (SP/SB/SD/DSP), catalog metadata, performance trends, and Amazon best-practice guidance. It is multi-tenant and OAuth-secured, so each user only sees the accounts they are authorized for.
Prerequisites

Access to ChatGPT settings where custom Apps / Connectors can be created.

A valid emax digital account — you sign in with your own credentials so results are scoped to the accounts you are authorized for.
Setup steps
Step 1 · Open Settings
Go to Settings.
Step 2 · Create a new app
Go to Apps and create a new app.
Step 3 · Add the app information
Fill in the app details using the values below.

Step 4 · Sign in and authorize
Click Sign in with emax digital MCP, then click Allow.
Step 5 · Ready to use
You are now ready to use the MCP in ChatGPT.
Setup complete. You can now ask Amazon Analytics questions in natural language in ChatGPT, scoped to your authorized accounts.
