What the Monitoring Catalog Is For
Your Monitoring Catalog defines which products are tracked in the Monitoring Hub. No additional data connection is required — you either share your ASINs with us or upload them directly. Within 72 hours, the products will appear in your Monitoring Hub.
Adding ASINs
-
Upload directly — use the bulk upload option to add a list of ASINs at once.
-
Share with us — send your ASIN list to your customer success manager and we'll add them for you.
Search and Filter Options
-
Search bar — find single products or ASINs quickly by ASIN, EAN, or product title.
-
Filters — filter by marketplace and category.
-
Columns — choose which columns to display and reorder them by dragging and dropping.
Column Types
Amazon columns
Information fetched directly from Amazon. These are not editable in the tool.
Custom columns
Information you fill in and customise. We strongly recommend completing these:
-
Additional Parent ASIN — for tracking broken variations.
-
Categories, Subcategories, Tags — drive the filters across the Monitoring Hub.
-
Fixed and variable costs per unit — needed for margin analysis in Monitoring dashboards.
-
RRP (Recommended Retail Price) — compare the current Amazon price against your RRP.
Only designate an ASIN as "ignored" if the ASIN and its historical data are entirely irrelevant. To exclude products from specific dashboards without losing history, tag the ASINs as "inactive" instead.
