Customer Knowledge Base

Quick Start Guide

New to emax digital? This guide takes you from first login to first meaningful insight. For a full walkthrough including catalog setup and configuration, see the Onboarding Checklist.

Step 1 — Log in

Go to app.emax-digital.com and sign in with the credentials your customer success manager sent you. If you have access to multiple company accounts, select the right one from the company switcher at the top of the screen.

Step 2 — Check your data connections

Before data appears in the dashboards, your Amazon accounts need to be connected. Go to Setup → Data Connections to see which connections are active.

If your customer success manager has already set up the connections, you'll see green status indicators. If connections are missing, follow the guides under Connecting Your Data Sources.

After a new connection, the initial data import can take up to 72 hours. Dashboards populate gradually as data arrives.

Step 3 — Open the Hub

Once data is available, head to the Hub — Vendor Hub or Seller Hub depending on your product. The Performance Summary Hub gives you a top-level view of your sell-in or sell-out performance. Use the time filter at the top to select the period you want to see.

Step 4 — Explore a first analysis

Try one of these to get started:

  • Revenue trend — look at your revenue over the last 4 weeks vs the same period last year.

  • Product performance — go to the Product Performance dashboard to see which ASINs are driving or dragging performance.

  • Key Insights panel — check the auto-generated insights on the dashboard landing page.

Step 5 — Get set up properly

The Quick Start gets you your first look at the data. To unlock the full tool — category analysis, margin tracking, market visibility — follow these next steps:

  • Set up your catalog → Setting Up Your Catalogs

  • Connect advertising data → How to Connect Sponsored Ads (SPA), How to Connect Amazon DSP

  • Full end-to-end walkthrough → Step-by-Step: From Zero to First Business Review
