Overview

The Heatmaps dashboard is a drill-down from the Rapid Retail Analytics suite that visualises Amazon performance patterns across every hour of the week. It breaks each metric into a 7-day × 24-hour grid so you can see exactly when shoppers are browsing, buying, and converting. Four heatmaps are shown — Ordered Units, Ordered Revenue, Glance Views, Conversion Rate — plus Average Price per Unit.

All timestamps are in Central European Time (Europe/Berlin).

What You Can See on This Dashboard

Each heatmap has rows = hours (00:00–23:00), columns = days of week (Mon–Sun), and cell values = averages for that weekday-hour slot across the selected date range.

Section 1 — Ordered Units Heatmap

Average ordered units per weekday-hour slot.

Section 2 — Ordered Revenue Heatmap

Average ordered revenue per weekday-hour slot. Hidden where average price display is restricted.

Section 3 — Glance Views Heatmap

Average page views per weekday-hour slot.

Section 4 — Conversion Rate Heatmap

Ordered Units ÷ Glance Views per weekday-hour slot. Hours with zero Glance Views are excluded.

Section 5 — Average Price per Unit Heatmap

Ordered Revenue ÷ Ordered Units per weekday-hour slot (volume-weighted). Negative cells are possible where returns exceed orders in a slot.

Limitations & Notes

  • Vendor Central only.

  • Time zone fixed to CET (Europe/Berlin).

  • Cells show averages, not totals. Widening the date range changes absolute values but not the pattern.

  • Conversion Rate excludes zero-traffic hours.

  • Marketplace is single-select.
