Auto-Tag Filter Reference

Migration note (Phase 1b): Populated from the legacy article "Auto-Tag Filter". Reproduced and lightly tidied — not yet optimised or fact-checked.

Auto-Tags simplify your organisation process by automatically applying tags to your reports. Instead of manually sorting through your data, the Auto-Tag filter does the work for you, saving time and effort. Auto-Tags are available in both Hub and Advertising reports.

The data used for Auto-Tags is always current, reflecting the most recent information available for the day, so tags are applied based on real-time data.

How Auto-Tags update

Auto-Tags are updated daily with a 30-day lookback window. Each day, the system calculates data for each ASIN over the past 30 days, providing a stable basis for tag classification.

Data source

The information used for Auto-Tags is sourced from reports — specifically DSP and Sponsored Ads reports. Note that Auto-Tags are based on ASINs present in these reports, and not necessarily on whether the ASINs are included in campaigns.

Vendor, Seller & Hybrid

Auto-Tags vs. manual Tags. Auto-Tags are generated automatically by the tool. They should not be confused with manual Tags, which you assign per ASIN in your catalog. See "How to use tags" on the catalog pages (Vendor / Seller).
