360° DSP ASIN Performance per Order

Dashboard link: https://app.emax-digital.com/360-dsp-report/dsp-asin-performance/dsp-asin-performance-per-order

Overview

This dashboard shows DSP (Demand-Side Platform) advertising performance broken down to the individual ASIN level, with results grouped by the DSP order they belong to. It covers the full customer engagement funnel — from detail page views through to purchases, new-to-brand sales, and Subscribe & Save enrolments — so account managers and marketing teams can see exactly how each advertised product is performing within each order, and compare that performance to a prior period or the same period last year.

What You Can See on This Dashboard

Section: ASIN Performance Overview Table

This is a single, comprehensive table that lists every advertised ASIN together with the DSP order it ran in, showing sales, unit, and engagement metrics side by side with trend comparisons.

Key metric groups:

  • Sales & Units — Total sales and units sold, each with a trend arrow, plus the share of each that came from brand halo (other brand products influenced by this ASIN's advertising) and from new-to-brand customers.

  • Funnel Engagement — Detail Page Views (DPV), Product Review Page Visits (PRPV), Add to List (ATL), and Add to Cart (ATC), each with a trend comparison.

  • Purchases & New-to-Brand — Total purchases, new-to-brand purchases, and Subscribe & Save (SNSS) enrolments, each with a trend comparison.

Key metrics explained:

  • Total Sales 14 D — Total sales value attributed to the ASIN within the 14-day attribution window, converted to your selected currency.

  • Total Units Sold 14 D — Total number of units sold within the 14-day attribution window.

  • Brand Halo Share — The proportion of total sales/units that came from other brand products purchased after exposure to this ASIN's ad — measures catalogue-level impact beyond the advertised product itself.

  • New-to-Brand Share — The proportion of sales/units from customers who had not purchased the brand before — measures customer acquisition efficiency.

  • DPV 14 D — Detail Page Views: how many times the product page was viewed after ad exposure.

  • Purchase Rate — Total Purchases ÷ Total Detail Page Views; how effectively page views convert into purchases.

  • Total PRPV 14 D — Total Product Review Page Visits.

  • Total ATL 14 D — Total Add to List actions.

  • Total ATC 14 D — Total Add to Cart actions.

  • Total Purchases 14 D — Total completed purchases attributed to the ASIN.

  • Total New to Brand Purchases 14 D — Purchases from first-time brand buyers specifically.

  • Total SNSS 14 D — Total Subscribe & Save subscriptions started.

Each metric above is shown next to a trend value comparing the current period to either the previous period or the same period last year, depending on the "Compare to" filter. The table is sorted by total sales, highest first.

Visualizations: One wide table combining all of the metrics above per ASIN and order, with product title, thumbnail link, SKU, marketplace, and catalog status shown alongside.

Note: All engagement and sales metrics use a 14-day attribution window, meaning conversions are counted if they occur within 14 days of the ad exposure.

Filter interaction notes

  • Selecting a Marketplace narrows the values available in Category, Sub-Category, Order, and Advertised ASIN, since these are pulled from the product catalogue for that marketplace.

  • Category and Sub-Category are independent dropdowns pulled from the same catalogue source; selecting one does not automatically restrict the other, but both narrow the ASINs shown in the table.

  • The Min. Ad Sales, Min. Units, and Min. DPV 14 D filters only apply to the current period — they don't remove an ASIN's prior-period comparison data if it existed then but not now.

Use Cases

  • Order-level DSP review — Compare how the same ASIN performs across different DSP orders, to see which orders are driving the most efficient sales and engagement.

  • New customer acquisition tracking — Use the New-to-Brand Share and New-to-Brand Purchases metrics to identify which ASINs and orders are most effective at bringing in first-time brand buyers.

  • Funnel diagnosis — Compare DPV, ATC, and Purchase Rate together to spot ASINs that generate views but underperform on conversion, indicating a listing or pricing issue rather than a traffic issue.

  • Catalogue-wide halo impact — Use Brand Halo Share to identify "hero" ASINs whose advertising drives meaningful sales of other products in the catalogue.

  • Period-over-period or year-over-year monitoring — Switch the "Compare to" filter to track whether performance is improving sequentially or seasonally versus last year.

Limitations & Notes

This dashboard covers DSP advertising only — it does not include Sponsored Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, or Display) performance.

  • All conversion metrics use a 14-day attribution window; conversions occurring outside that window are not captured.

  • ASINs not currently present in the product catalogue (vendor or seller central) are shown with a "Not in Catalog" status rather than being excluded outright.

  • Currency conversion (when not using "Original") uses a single yearly exchange rate snapshot, not daily rates.

  • Hidden ASINs are excluded by default; use the "Show Hidden" filter to include them.
