Monitoring Configuration is where you define what emax digital tracks on your behalf — keywords, products, and bestseller lists. The data collected here powers your Market Insights dashboards and the Visibility views in your Vendor and Seller Hub.
All changes take effect within 24 hours of uploading. Your tracking limits (how many keywords, products, and bestseller lists you can track) are visible directly on each configuration page.
Tracked Keywords
Set up the keywords you want to monitor on Amazon search. For each keyword you define the keyword segment (Generic, Branded, or Competitor), marketplace, and optional tags. Results appear in the Visibility dashboard in Market Insights and in your Vendor or Seller Hub.
Tracked Products
Define which product detail pages emax digital scrapes and tracks. Enter ASINs manually via upload or use the Product Finder to discover similar products from a brand. Results appear in the Brand Overview report in Market Insights.
Bestseller Lists
Track Amazon bestseller categories to monitor market positioning and compare your brand against competitors. Add lists by entering the Bestseller ID for the relevant marketplace. Results appear in the Bestseller dashboard in Market Insights.
Your tracking limits for keywords, products, and bestseller lists are defined by your contract. You can view your current usage and limits on each configuration page under Setup.
