Overview
The Seller Details sub-view of Seller Monitoring provides a directory of every third-party seller active on your catalogue ASINs during the selected period. It enriches each seller profile with contact information, seller ratings, and ASIN coverage — making it the go-to view when you need to identify who is selling your products, how to reach them, and how significant their presence is. Use it to support seller outreach, unauthorised reseller enforcement, or distribution compliance monitoring.

What You Can See on This Dashboard
Section: Seller Contact & Profile Directory
A comprehensive table listing every third-party seller offering one or more of your catalogue ASINs during the selected period, enriched with contact details and public seller profile information sourced from Amazon. It is sorted by number of ASINs offered, with the most active sellers at the top.
Columns shown: Seller Name · Seller Country · Marketplace · Seller Page Link · Number of ASINs · Email · Phone · Contact Name · Business Address · Seller Rating · Number of Ratings · 12 Months Positive Ratings [%] · Store Link.
Key columns:

Number of ASINs — How many of your catalogue ASINs this seller was actively offering with a listed price during the selected period.

Seller Rating & Positive Ratings — The seller's overall Amazon rating and total number of ratings received, plus the percentage of positive ratings in the last 12 months — a proxy for seller reliability and customer satisfaction.

Contact Details — Email address, phone number, and contact name as publicly registered by the seller on Amazon, where available. Useful for direct outreach when a seller is pricing below RRP or distributing unauthorised listings.

Business Address & Store Link — The seller's registered business address and a link to their Amazon storefront. Clicking the seller name opens their full Amazon seller profile page.
Contact information is sourced from publicly available Amazon seller profiles and may not always be complete. Only sellers with an active priced offer and a resolvable seller name are shown.

Filter interaction notes
The ASIN filter is especially useful for answering "who is selling this specific product?". Combining the ASIN filter with the Seller Name filter lets you check whether a known seller is active on a particular product. Subcategory only shows values relevant to the selected Category. Ignored ASINs are excluded from all results.
Use Cases
Contacting a seller pricing below your RRP
Use the ASIN filter to find sellers active on a specific product, then look up their email or phone number in the Contact Details column. This enables direct outreach to address RRP compliance — no need to manually look up seller profiles on Amazon.
Assessing the scale of unauthorised reseller activity
Sort the table by "Number of ASINs" descending to identify sellers offering a large portion of your catalogue. A reseller active on many of your products is a higher-priority compliance concern than one offering a single ASIN.
Vetting the quality of sellers distributing your products
Review the "Seller Rating" and "Positive Ratings" columns to identify sellers with low ratings or a poor recent performance record. A seller consistently winning the Buy Box with poor ratings may negatively affect customer perception of your brand.

Contact information (email, phone, address) is sourced from publicly available Amazon seller profiles. Not all sellers register complete contact details — some fields may be blank.

Only sellers with an active priced offer and a resolvable seller name are shown. Sellers without a resolved name are excluded from this view.

Ignored ASINs are excluded from all results.
