Overview

The Details per ASIN dashboard (also seen labelled ASIN Level in some places) is the ASIN-level drill-down inside the Seller Monitoring suite. While the parent Seller Monitoring dashboards aggregate competitive activity across your catalogue, this view focuses on a single product — or a filtered subset — and shows how price, Buy Box ownership, sales rank, review velocity, and seller competition have evolved over the selected period.

It is built for brand managers, category managers, and account leads who need to answer questions like: "Why is this ASIN losing rank?", "Who is undercutting us on price?", "How fast are reviews coming in compared to last month?", or "How many third-party sellers are on this listing right now?"

All charts and tables on the page respect the filter bar at the top — change Marketplace, Category, or ASIN and every visualisation updates in sync. This view is part of the Seller Monitoring dashboard cluster.

What You Can See on This Dashboard

Section 1 — ASIN Performance & Competition Overview Table

One row per catalogue ASIN, sorted by review count to surface your highest-engagement products first — the products where competitive activity matters most.

Columns shown: ASIN · Detail Page Link · SKU · Parent ASIN · Product Title · Number of Sellers · Category · Latest Sales Rank · Rank Trend · Avg Number of Reviews · Number of Reviews Trend · Avg Price · Price Trend · RRP · Manufacturer · Brand · Marketplace.

Key columns:

  • Number of Sellers — How many unique third-party sellers were actively offering this ASIN with a listed price during the selected period.

  • Latest Sales Rank & Trend — The most recent Best Seller Rank for this ASIN, plus the change vs. the first rank recorded in the selected period. A negative trend value means the rank improved (moved closer to #1).

  • Avg. Price & Price Trend — The average offer listing price across all active sellers during the period, and the relative price change from the first to the latest offer within the period. Hidden where price disclosure is restricted.

  • Reviews & Review Trend — The average total review count from the detail page during the period, plus the net change in reviews between the first and last crawl — indicating how fast new reviews are accumulating.

Trend values compare the first and last data points within the selected time range. Only ASINs with at least one active priced offer are included. Ignored ASINs are excluded.

Section 2 — Buy Box Price & Sales Rank Over Time

When an ASIN is selected using the ASIN filter, two line charts appear below the table:

  • Buy Box Price Over Time — Daily Buy Box price for the selected ASIN, with the winning seller shown alongside the price line. Useful for spotting pricing wars, repricers, and the impact of your own price changes.

  • Sales Rank Over Time — Daily Best Seller Rank for the selected ASIN within the selected BSR category. If this chart shows no data despite an ASIN being selected, it means the ASIN does not have a rank in the selected category — try switching to a different BSR (Bestseller) category.

Filter interaction notes

The ASIN filter activates the two trend charts at the bottom of the page. Without selecting an ASIN, only the summary table is shown. The Bestseller Category filter controls which BSR category the rank chart uses — if no data appears, the ASIN may not have a rank in the currently selected category.

Use Cases

Spotting ASINs with a sudden jump in third-party sellers

Sort the table by "Number of Sellers" descending to find ASINs with the most active competition. A sudden increase in seller count on a specific product can indicate a new distributor entering the market or an authorised reseller network expanding you were not aware of.

Correlating price pressure with sales rank changes

Select a specific ASIN and compare the Buy Box Price trend chart against the Sales Rank chart for the same period. If the rank is declining (getting worse) at the same time as the Buy Box price is dropping, it may indicate that price-cutting is not recovering lost rank — useful context for pricing decisions.

Monitoring review momentum on key products

Use the "Review Trend" column to identify ASINs where reviews are accumulating fastest. Products with strong review momentum combined with high seller counts are likely your most commercially important listings and warrant closer monitoring.

Limitations & Notes

  • Crawl-based data — short-lived changes between crawls are not captured.

  • Only ASINs with at least one active priced offer during the selected period are included. ASINs with no active offers (e.g. out-of-stock listings) will not appear.

  • Negative Rank Trend = improvement (BSR works in reverse).

  • The ASIN filter is single-select for the line charts.

  • Average price and price trend columns are hidden for accounts where price disclosure is restricted.

  • The Sales Rank chart requires a Bestseller Category selection to display. An ASIN may not have a rank in every category — select a different category if no data appears.

  • Ignored ASINs are excluded from all views in this dashboard.

  • For a seller-centric view (who is selling, their ratings, and contact details), see the Seller Details sub-view.

  • For Buy Box share distribution and revenue impact per seller, see the Buy Box Shares sub-view.
