Reading Your Key Insights

Key Insights give you a quick overview of the most important topics in your Amazon business. They highlight events that require your attention and let you jump straight into the relevant area of the tool to take action.

Please note that this dashboard is currently in beta, and your feedback is invaluable as we continue to improve and refine the experience.

Where to Find the Key Insights Board

You can find the Key Insights Board on the right-hand side of the Home section of the emax digital tool.

What the Key Insights Board Shows

The board informs you about events that require your attention and gives you the opportunity to access details via the tool and take immediate action. Ask Emma for General Amazon Insights

If you have general Amazon questions, you can use the Emma chat to get answers. The chat is available within the emax digital tool and can help you with anything Amazon-related.
