Agency Management is where you configure the relationship between your company account and an agency — or set your company as an agency itself. This section is relevant if you manage Amazon advertising for multiple client brands, or if your account is managed through an agency.
This company is an agency
Enable this checkbox if your company account is an agency managing multiple client accounts. Once enabled, you can assign customers to your agency account.
Agency
If your company is managed by an external agency, select the agency from the dropdown. If no agency manages your account, this stays set to No Agency.
Customers
If your company is set as an agency, use this dropdown to assign client company accounts to your agency. All assigned customers will appear in your Agency Hub.
Click Save to apply any changes.
